We meet at Gilli Cafe in Newmarket at 7am every 2nd Friday.

The meeting takes place in a break-out room.

Yes, while we’re a small group, we still believe in an agenda. 

At every meeting one of us gets 10-20 minutes to present their business. 

Each member gets a ca. 2 minute opportunity to present their business. 

We’re quite open about questions and banter during this time.

One member will present a business tip. 

If there is time, we have a meeting wrap up or a general discussion. 

There is an annual membership fee of $250 plus GST. A portion of this is allocated to costs and the remainder goes into our social fund. 

On arrival we each pay $25 per meeting for breakfast and coffee.

Yes, there is an expectation that you attend meetings. 

We do however not insist on substitutes in the event that you cannot attend.

Our members turn up because the meetings are beneficial and fun.

We generally allow only on member per category. Where there is a clash, the incumbent member will get preference. In some categories a there may be an overlap. The parties will decide how that will be managed within the group.
